Fully qualified and friendly mobile (Malvern and Worcester areas) personal trainer, providing services to those with a goal in mind, from wanting to get fitter, losing weight, building muscle, gaining weight and improving general health and well being. Ages 16+.
The services I offer are bootcamps, mummy and mum-to-be bootcamps, personal training 1:1 and group personal training as well as online exercise and nutrition plans.
